Program Description: Benjamin will discuss what to do and what not to do when incorporating native perennials into our gardens in our efforts to maximize ecological benefits for ourselves and future generations.

Speaker Bio: Benjamin Gordon has worked in the horticultural field for over a decade, including over five years at Frank's Perennials. He possesses a wide berth of plant and garden knowledge, especially in native plant nursery production. Benjamin has been the nursery manager at Bashavia Gardens since 2021. Located in Pfafftown, Bashavia Gardens is a native plant nursery that is now selling to the public via their online store, shopping by appointment, and their booth every Saturday at Cobblestone Farmers Market. In addition to their nursery, they also provide ecological garden services including residential and commercial designs focused on ecologically relevant, resilient, and aesthetically pleasing plant compositions.

All our programs are free and open to all! Program begins at 7:00 PM but come early and socialize with us.
