Piedmont Bird Club and the T Gilbert Pearson Audubon are given special permission to bird on this property. An easy walk takes us around pastures, the farm pond, and edges of wet woodlands. We then drive across McConnel Road to more ponds, fields, and the Hog Farm. The farm is an excellent site for Wilson’s Snipe and sometimes we see the American Pipit.
